I would like to thank God and my Shepherd of the Hills Church family for my uncle’s salvation. My uncle was an unbeliever and in September of this year he had just found out that he had cancer. I had been praying for his salvation for the past 20 years, and on October 23, 2006, [at Shepherd’s Day of Prayer of Fasting] during our prayer walk, I had an opportunity to write down my prayer request for my uncle’s salvation on the Prayer Wall in Room 1. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior on October 25, 2006, two days later, and passed away last night. I am so grateful and in awe of God who is perfect and faithful, who listens to our prayers, who has a great plan for everyone, and who unites our church in one in His love. I praise God and thank you for letting me be a part of the Shepherd family. God is alive and His love endures forever. Praise God!!
