There are two words that describe members of our society today: "hurried" and "worried." However, God does not desire for it to be this way, and He has given us specific instructions by which to honor Him and have a better quality of life—the Ten Commandments. The Lord's fourth Commandment,  Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy, often gets overlooked or ignored, perhaps because many people do not understand it or know practical ways to apply it to their lives in this day and age.
